Therapy for adults and parents who feel stuck in old patterns

Trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, attachment wounds, parenting triggers, and recurring struggles in relationships and daily life.

You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside and still feel anxious, reactive, disconnected, or overwhelmed inside.

Maybe you understand why certain moments feel so hard, but still find yourself getting pulled into the same patterns.

Together, we can make sense of what’s getting activated and begin building new ways of responding.

I offer therapy for adults and parents in person in Falls Church, Virginia, and virtually for clients located in Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Are you…

  • Tired of overthinking, overfunctioning, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions?

  • Noticing yourself shutting down, people-pleasing, overexplaining, reacting strongly, or losing track of your own needs?

  • Seeing old patterns showing up in your relationships, parenting, self-worth, or ability to set boundaries?

  • Wanting therapy that goes deeper than coping skills alone?
