Parenting Through Your Story

A virtual process group for parents who want to understand the personal history beneath their parenting triggers.

Parenting can bring old emotional patterns to the surface, even when you are working hard to respond differently. Perhaps you find yourself reacting more strongly than you want, shutting down, feeling overwhelmed, or carrying shame and self-doubt after difficult moments.

In this group, participants will explore what gets activated in parenting, make connections between present-day reactions and earlier experiences, and practice responding to themselves and their children with greater steadiness, compassion, and choice.

This group is designed for individual parents rather than couples attending together.
